GRANTS administration

Jive’s executive team has delivered grants administration services in relation to more than 15 federal government grant rounds. Our approach to grants administration places emphasis on consistency and quality of outcomes and, as a result, we have a history of exceeding client expectations. 

Grants administration services previously devliered by our executive team have included eligibility assessment, merit assessment, agreement preparation and contract management. We prepare assessments to a standard which withstands Ministerial and ANAO review. Individual grant rounds previously delivered by Jive’s executive team have had:

• up to $350 million in grant funding awarded to recipients
• grant amounts awarded to individual recipients ranging from $2,000 to $10 million
• between 100 and 2,500 applications
• grant agreements ranging from simple letters of exchange to contracts for complex infrastructure projects with multiple milestones, progress reports and payments which required extensive negotiation with successful applicants
• assessment teams of up to 60 people.

As our executive team has a background in audit, we understand the importance of implementing processes which will withstand scrutiny from ANAO performance audits. We also understand the importance of achieving consistent assessment outcomes for grant rounds which require large teams of assessors.

Jive is partnered with a grants administration software provider and is capable of providing end to end grants administration services for state and federal government entities.
