We are a locally owned, Canberra based business staffed by resources who have highly specialised experience in developing, managing and supplying contingent labour forces to clients. The JIVE executive team’s experience includes developing a contingent pool of over 200 security cleared resources to meet the surge workload requirements of various government departments.
We can provide resources at any level, but we absolutely specialise in building and managing labour pools to meet requirements of a larger scale. Our model is proven and we are ready to go.
Tony is a career oriented individual, with a passion for business development and delivering high quality business outcomes to clients. Currently, Tony leads our new surge resourcing and consulting capability within Jive.
Over the past three years at Tony's previous employer, he successfully developed and led a resource pool of over 200 contingent security cleared resources providing surge resourcing support into Federal Government. This role included large scale recruitment of resources through regular assessment centres in Barton and Belconnen ACT and on the Sunshine Coast in QLD. Over an 18 month period, this contingent pool supplied over 61,000 hours of labour support into Federal Government.
Stephen brings decades of experience at senior levels within the Commonwealth Government, including with the Department of Finance where he led all key Government property reforms, including the Property Services Coordinated Procurement Arrangements, the Whole-of-Australian-Government Lease Strategy, Commonwealth Property Policy development and the Commonwealth Divestment Program.
Having held senior roles in the Department of Finance with responsibility for Whole-of-Government Commonwealth property policy and having managed the Australian Government's domestic property portfolio, Stephen is a preeminent expert with a strong strategic and operational understanding of contemporary Government property requirements.
Joe joined Jive in December 2022 to assist in the design and implementation of new service offerings. Given Joe's recent experience delivering managed services to the DISR Business Grants Hub, Joe's focus is on designing delivery solutions which leverage various sources of labour supply, such as universities.
In Joe's previous role, he led the delivery of managed services in relation to 15 grant rounds. Assessment teams varied in size from a headcount of five to 60 people and application volumes varied from 100 to 2,500.
Liz is a CPA with over three decades of proven experience in financial, management and systems accounting in the public, private and not for profit sectors.
Liz has also led delivery of grants administration activities with a specilisation in quality assurance, eligibility and merit assessment and agreement preparation.
